How to update your Fair Launch on CookieSale
This step-by-step guide will show you how to update your Fair Launch on CookieSale. This guide has been formulated for the use with a Metamask wallet on desktop.
You can view and make updates on your Launchpad through the ‘My Launchpad' page.
Step 1: From anywhere on the site, select 'Launchpad List' and select your presale.
Step 2: Once on your Launchpad page, select the 'Owner' tab to open up the Owner Zone.
Step 3: Click on the 'Update Project Details' icon circled in the image below.
Step 4: You can only edit specific information on your presale page. Information that interacts with the blockchain can not be edited (ie. Presale start time). Once you’ve made your necessary changes, click ‘Update’.
Please note that your logo URL must end in .jpg, .png, or .gif to display correctly. If you’re using an external image hosting site (ex. imgur, postimg, googledrive, etc), make sure to copy the image address (ending in .jpg, .png, or .gif) and paste that into the logo section.
Step 5: Metamask will prompt you to confirm the transaction. Note that the fees charged will be gas fees that are required for any interaction with the blockchain. Click on the ‘Confirm’ button to finish the update process.
The updated info will now reflect on your Launchpad page
