How to withdraw your contribution on a CookieSale presale
This step-by-step guide will show you how to withdraw a contribution from a presale on CookieSale. This guide has been formulated for the use with a Metamask wallet on a desktop.
Make sure you are connected to the platform with your Metamask wallet and have selected your desired blockchain.
Step 1: Select 'Launchpad List' from the side Menu to view all available pools. You will see all live, upcoming, and completed presales. Use the search bar to quickly find the presale you're looking to claim tokens from.
Step 2: Select the presale you wish to claim tokens from, and this will take you to the Launchpad page. Select 'Manage' above the progress bar to open up a sub menu.
Note that the 'Mange' tab will disappear once a presale has been fully filled.
Step 3: This will bring you to the Emergency Withdrawal sub menu. Select 'Withdraw' to withdraw your contribution and confirm the transaction on Metamask.
Please note that there is a 10% fee for Emergency Withdrawal while a presale is active.
Please note that you can withdraw your tokens at any point PRIOR to the presale filling and/or being finalized 
If a presale has been cancelled, the same above steps apply. However, you can do so without being charged the 10% fee. The 10% fee is only applicable to active presales.
