How to claim your Tokens after contributing to a presale
This step-by-step guide will show you how to claim tokens on CookieSale. This guide has been formulated for the use with a Metamask wallet on a desktop.
Make sure you are connected to the platform with your Metamask wallet and have selected your desired blockchain.
Step 1: Starting on the CookieSale homepage, select 'Launchpad List' to view all available pools.
Step 2: Select the 'My Contributions' tab directly beside the 'All Launchpads' tab . Here you'll be able to view all Launchpads that you've either participated in or created.
Step 3: Select 'View Pool' on the presale you wish to claim tokens from, and this will take you to the Launchpad page. Select 'Claim Tokens' and confirm the transaction on your Metamask.
If you are unable to claim tokens, confirm that the presale has ended and the pool has been finalized. You will be unable to claim your tokens until the project owners have completed these steps.
Step 4: After confirming the transaction on your Metamask, add the token address to see your new tokens in your wallet. Note that the fees charged will be gas fees that are required for any interaction with the blockchain.
